Anchor Bars for Wind Turbine Foundations

Anchor rods play a key role in the secure anchoring of wind turbines. Manufactured from heat-treated materials in strength classes 8.8 and 10.9, they are available in various thread sizes such as M36, M42, or M48.

For additional protection and long service life, the anchor rods are equipped with heat shrink tubing and a protective casing, ensuring they reliably withstand the demanding conditions of foundation construction.

WiB Bridge Beams

Superelevated (pre-bent) steel girders for bridge construction with lengths of more than 30 m.

Manufactured in accordance with DBS 918002-02 HPQ-certified. Beams with CE marking, 3.1 certificate according to EN 10204, ultrasonic testing Class 2.3 according to EN 10306.

Manufacturing according to EN 1090-2 EXC3 with parabolic camber over the strong axis, edge preparation according to ISO 8501-3, web drillings, head bolts, corrosion protection according to ZTV ING.

Delivery of ready-to-install beams via special transport directly to the construction site.

Steel core piles

Steel supports with tapered pipe threads for civil engineering and structural stabilization

We supply steel supports with tapered pipe threads for structural protection in civil engineering. The required thread diameters are determined based on detailed strength analyses.

Failure tests are carried out in cooperation with RWTH Aachen University and the SP Technical Research Institute of Sweden.

The round steels with diameters of 130, 150, and 200 mm are cut to length and fitted with the tapered pipe thread.

On-time delivery directly to the construction site – for example, for the Stockholm metro project – is part of our scope of services.

Reinforcement struts for maximum crash safety in the automotive sector

We design and manufacture high-strength reinforcement struts to improve crash safety.

The requirements for the special tubes are defined jointly with the rolling mill and the customer.

After developing the production steps and sampling, we manufacture the individual components, handle pre-assembly, and provide customer-specific packaging and shipping.
