In addition to a comprehensive product range, A+R Profilstahl also offers customized services. These include precise sawing and drilling, modern flame cutting and tube laser cutting, profile bending, as well as a variety of surface finishing options.

Notching

Execution of notching according to drawings, production of honeycomb beams and beams with web openings. Longitudinal cutting of profiles (T-steel).

Flanging / Overheight / WIB Beams

Beams with dimensionally accurate cambering over both axes possible.

Oxy-Fuel Cutting

Oxy-Fuel, Plasma, and Laser Cutting. Thicknesses from 0.5 to 1,400 mm with piece weights ranging from a few grams to 50 tons.

Hot-Dip Galvanising

We supply galvanised sheets, beams, tubes and steel bars or complete assemblies.

Electrogalvanising

Tubes galvanised inside and outside. Vertical dipping for 100% straight tubes.

Thread Cutting

One of our specialities, from simple metric to tapered API threads. We know how to do it.

Transport, Storage, Customs Clearance

Mechanical Processing

Turning, milling, drilling, grinding. Together with our partners, we offer all machining processes for mechanical processing.

Profile Bending

Bending of tubes and profiles according to your individual requirements. 2 and 3-dimensional.

Tube Laser

Cutting and mitre cuts, shaped cut-outs, penetration cuts and recesses for round tubes and square profiles in steel and stainless steel.

Sawing

We supply fixed sawn tubes, steel bars, beams or plates, with millimetre precision at right angles or mitred.

Sawing + Drilling

Ready-to-install beams, sawn, drilled, signed, grained and threaded on request.

Special Coatings

In accordance with current DB-TL: We offer coatings based on the DB-TL of the German Federal Railway.

Blasting + Preserving/Priming

For sheet metal and beams: Blasting in accordance with SA2.5, preservation using water-soluble and solvent-based primer.
