More than 18 years of proud and continuous development have since sustainably affirmed this.<\/p>\n<p>In 2007, Stefan Allgeier and Michael R\u00f6sch decided to become self-employed in the sale of steel products. After thorough preparation, the first contracts were signed, and the first A+R iron was delivered starting from April 1, 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, still in the basement of Stefan Allgeier&#8217;s residential house converted into an office, our steel company grew quickly and steadily, so after just under two years and now with five employees, the first move to an office building in Achern was completed.<\/p>\n<p>Just over two and a half years later, we moved again and occupied a historic building in the city center of Achern, previously renovated to meet the requirements of a modern office. A+R had meanwhile grown to 12 employees, who proudly took over the new \u201cold\u201d house.
